The UN Human Rights Council and the General Assembly are bound by their charters and international law to defend against Human Rights violations.  Unfortunately, many such violations regularly go unreported.  To remedy this protocols are in place where you and others can place your complaints directly to the appropriate UN representatives.

With this website we are trying to protect the rights of people to live and express their humanism and atheism.  UN Human Rights protocol on Freedom of Religion and Belief is one central avenue for protecting these rights.  To this end, this site will collect the various UN and other resources available and explain them in a way that is readily accessible to the public.

This website is developed by the International Humanist and Ethical Union.  Though we encourage use by any who has violations of the Freedom of Religion and Belief they wish to report, it is oriented primarily towards issues relevant to the Humanist community.
